Experience

Dante began his hospitality career at the University of Delaware. In 2007, he began studying Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management at the Lerner School of Business. His curriculum offered him experience in the University of Delaware Courtyard by Marriott manager training program and the prestigious Restaurant Vita Nova rotational program. This experience in the kitchen began his quest toward becoming a chef.  

Upon graduation in 2011, Dante set off to New York City to work as a manager for Patina Restaurant Group. He was assigned to the Cucina & Co. team at Rockefeller Center. His experience here taught him many great skills but he felt that he was not following his passion. In the summer of 2013, Dante applied to the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, where he would study to become a Chef. 

Dante was accepted to the ACAP program at CIA Greystone in Napa Valley. He studied classical cooking and through the schools rigorous rules, obtained a strong sense of professionalism. It was here where Dante formed many of his philosophies about using high caliber, sustainable ingredients while respecting the earth in preparation of delectable menus.
